You agree to comply with all applicable laws and provide accurate information when accessing our platform or purchasing offerings.

3. Purchases

All fees are listed at the time of checkout. By confirming a purchase, you authorize us to charge the indicated amount using the payment method you select.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund provisions vary by category:

4.1 Services

Live training sessions and consulting services may be eligible for a refund if a request is submitted within 5 days of the session booking via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. You may request rescheduling of a service session subject to availability. Certain bespoke or one-on-one coaching engagements are non-refundable due to preparatory commitments; such restrictions are noted on the service description.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital courses, ebooks, and recorded webinars carry a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you have not initiated access, we will issue a full refund upon request through the support page. After content access is granted, we are unable to issue a refund due to immediate delivery.

4.3 Goods

Physical merchandise purchased from BotLearnBase may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Store credit or a different product may be arranged by contacting us through this form.

5. Limitation of Liability

BotLearnBase’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from platform use.
